I remember it like it was yesterday, It was my first year of college and I had to take a course of time management. Needless to say I barely passed. Why because I failed to prioritized.. Since grade school we have been taught to prioritize but as we get older weather we are really good at it or we really stink. Prioritizing our wants and needs are very important when searching for a <strong>Miami home</strong>. Lets take a closer look at the 3 most important reason why you should prioritize.</p>

c.	4 rooms minimum<br />
d.	Ateast 2400 sqft<br />
e.	Under 270,000<br />
f.	5000 sqft<br />
g.	Condition</p>

When you make a list of the most important factors like the list above this will allow you to stay focus on what matters. As you know all properties are not the same even if they are build by the same developer or even if its on the same neighborhood.  Keep in mind that priorities might be different for you. Condition, Price, and size might of greater value to you than location who knows. But there is something powerful of writing your priorities when searching for that perfect <strong>Miami home</strong>.<br />
2.	Lost of opportunity. <br />
The lost of opportunity happened more than you think. <p>It wasn&#8217;t too long ago when I saw an infomercial of Carleton sheets investing program. I&#8217;m sure all of you have seen or heard of this investing program. I myself was a student of this program early in my Real Estate career. Carleton Sheets investing program introduced me to different ways of buying Real Estate.  But as I applied the investing strategies to The Real World I realized more and more it seemed that the investing strategies didn&#8217;t work in <a href="http://www.miamigov.com/cms/">Miami</a>. At the time <strong>Miami Real Estate</strong> was increasing every day, days on the market for homes drop from 45 days to 20 days. Financing and mortgage programs were many and the demand over exceeded the supply. Do you know of any investing strategies that were outdated in the past and are coming back to life? </p>
<p>These investing strategies worked on some states more than others but the fundamentals were there. Lets take a closer look at these investing Strategies.</p>

<p>Back to the Basics.</p>
<p>Have you ever gotten so good at something work or a hobby that you tend to over look the fundamentals or the basics? Everything we do from the workout routines to the way we cook it has its core fundamentals. If you ever watched Tiger Woods play golf the chances are you get memorized of the way he swigs the club and how he&#8217;s able to make almost every impossible shot. But what most won&#8217;t notice is the technique. The way he stands to the way his body rotates after the shoot, its fundamentals at its best. To master the technique takes relentless amount of practice and dedication. To achieve this type of success a golfer must of the core fundamentals.</p>
<p>This weekend I was impress in how I have managed to get an extra 25 phone calls of potential Buyers by going back to the fundamentals.  Even an ad in the<a href="http://www.diariolasamericas.com/"> Diaros de la Americas </a>didn&#8217;t generate this amount of calls. I was pushed to the idea by my own client in which she asked for me to go the extra mile. From Saturday to Monday 125 flyers and newsletters was distributed in <a href="http://miamilakes-fl.gov/">Miami Lakes</a> within a mile radius of my client&#8217;s house. The flyers were posted in Publix, CVS, shopping centers and Banks anywhere and everywhere I could think of. The flyers were eye catching with colors and Big font letters. They created a little frenzy and it arouses curiosity. At the bottom of the flyers my name and contact information was being rip one by one as potential buyers called. </p>
<p>Even though I am a strong believer of online marketing this weekend I went back to the basics. We know today that the internet is a great resource and is being used more often to look for what we want. Whether is shopping for goods or finding a new home. <a href="http://www.realtor.org/">NAR statics </a>states 80 percent of <a title="Home search" href="http://tools.1parkplace.com/mlsWizard/(S(gucw1w55knt4dp45dm2i31bu))/MlsSearchRegion2.aspx">home buyers begin their search on l</a>ine. But this weekend I realize how important are the 20% of potential Buyers that are not a custom to internet searches.</p>
<p> Going back to the fundamentals was an important lesson for me. Whatever you want to accomplish this week, month or year, remember the fundamentals keep it simple and stick to the basics. Don&#8217;t get to caught up on a new way of doing things go back and find the fundamentals.
